advocacy and issues

I have delivered testimony in person (or on-line) or sent in written testimony to the Board of Education, the County Council, the County Executive, and even the Planning Board.  I've done this as an individual as well as on behalf of my PTA as a PTA President.  The issues I have advocated for include school overcrowding, High School 13 site selection, strengthening the county's Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (APFO), school start times, the school system budget, and the general plan.
